As time passes between the time of quote and the time of booking, space may become unavailable, so time is of the essence. Deposits of $750 per person are due upon booking, which changes to $1000 per person deposit after January 1^st, 2010. Please note that credit cards are accepted for first deposit only. Secondary deposits (often required by suppliers 120-180 days prior to tour start) and final balances are payable by check only. Exchange rate fluctuations may change the price of your tour; but by paying for the entire package today you will guarantee the price at today’s rate. Travel Insurance by World Access, the world’s most established travel protection provider (Allianz), is highly recommended. The Travel Insurance policy rate is shown on your itinerary sheet.
